Kester Scrope (MBA 2001), Chief Executive Officer, Odgers Berndtson
Kester Scrope is CEO of Odgers Berndtson, a position he has held since 2010 following the management buy-out of the business. Odgers Berndtson is the leading executive search firm in the UK and in the top 6 globally enjoying significant growth in the UK and overseas over the last 10 years.
His early career began in industry within the paper and packaging sector where he held various senior positions in Mondi Packaging. He has also been on the board of an AIM-listed technology company as Commercial Director and has consulted to a wide range of businesses in sectors as diverse as engineering, motor-racing, healthcare and shipping.
He is a member of the Advisory Council of TheCityUK. As well as an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, Kester has a BA Hons in History from Newcastle University.
