Help extend our global reach

As part of Cranfield’s alumni community, you have the flexibility of tapping into our global business and social network from your home or while you are travelling for business.

Our alumni communities span the globe:  from the UK regional group located closest to Cranfield to our Australian chapter which runs its own scholarship programme, via Europe, Asia, Africa and the Americas.  These volunteer-led groups may meet monthly or just a few times a year and organise a range of events for alumni, from informal drinks, BBQs and dinners to social outings, lectures and debates. Many of these coincide with visits from School of Management faculty.

We already have 30 active international alumni communities going strong and a number in the pipeline but we are always on the lookout for more volunteers to continue to expand our network. It would be great if you could help make this year’s Worldwide Alumni Celebration the biggest yet.

Get involved

Join one of our international communities.  Simply go to the 'Update My Profile' page and select the 'Special Interests' tab.

Is there an existing group near you? See if they need an extra pair of hands. By joining your local community as a volunteer, you could help run the committee and potentially learn new skills.  Tap into your contacts and share your knowledge with fellow alumni.

If there’s not a group already, why not step forward and help start a new community? Established groups started small with an occasional drinks gathering.  Alumni Relations at Cranfield can help you take those first steps and we are currently working with individuals to do just that.

UK-based but not near Cranfield?  We’re looking to build our network within the UK, as well as globally, so do consider applying to be a UK regional volunteer.

Idea for an event?  Organise an event near you and be part of this year’s Worldwide Alumni Celebration from 9-18 June. Contact your local group or Alumni Relations at Cranfield.
