‘Necrobotics: The Future of Healthcare’

Dr Raul has discovered something troubling: as AI grows sophisticated, human intelligence atrophies. His work addresses one question across two domains, how do we mathematically model intelligence and rationality before we lose the capacity for either?. He develop's computational models of rationality predicting political and corporate outcomes, extending selectorate theory into formal mathematical frameworks. Simultaneously, he has created Universal Failure Theory, explaining why complex systems collapse in predictable patterns.”

Programme & speakers

Dr Raul Villamarin Rodriguez's work focuses on augmenting human intelligence to counteract cognitive atrophy resulting from algorithmic dependencies. He combines social systems, automation, and network dynamics across multiple fields and verticals. His work emphasises human-technology integration and cognitive modelling for complex system optimisation, resulting in several patented technologies, including Universal Failure Theory (UFT), Chrono-Systemic Leadership, Behavioural GPS™, Intelligent Air Traffic Management System (IAMS) and Nano-based Necrobotics Systems. His advisory roles include consulting for the Government of Dubai, healthcare providers, airline operators, smart cities, and energy companies.
