Sinchan Banerjee (MBA 2011) Director, KPMG  
Sinchan is currently a Director in KPMG UK - Financial Services Consulting and has 15+ years of experience in business development and delivery of business change, risk and regulatory programmes across leading financial institutions. He is based at KPMG’s Canary Wharf London office.

He specialises in Capital Markets and operates at the intersection of business, regulation, and technology to pragmatically advise senior executives. He also leads Digital Assets Consulting business in the UK and serves both traditional finance (TradFi) and Crypto Natives across strategy, operations, and regulatory topics.

Sinchan completed his Cranfield full time MBA 2010-2011.

Saurav Chaudhuri (MBA 1999) Director, Deloitte Digital 
For the past 25 years, Saurav helped large companies across multiple sectors design and launch new propositions - new products, services, experiences and businesses - and build in-house innovation capability. That's involved working with senior executives, management and cross-functional teams to make the change happen. He has worked in different environments - large companies, start-ups, and small companies - to run strategy and transformation engagements, with innovation at its core to drive profitable growth.

A Specialist-Generalist, Saurav has worked in Energy and Utilities, Banking, Financial Services, Telecoms, FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, and Consultancy. People call him for:

Diane Shaw (MBA 2005), Former Partner at Strategy & (as part of the PwC network)
Diane, with over three decades of expertise in Aerospace, Defense, Space, and Security, seamlessly operates at the intersection of industry and military. Renowned for her adept handling of large-scale transformation programs, she excels in strategy, procurement, organisational change, and programme turnaround.

Her professional services journey began at Booz & Company in 2007, making Partner in 2014 and evolving into the role of ADS Advisory Leader for the UK and EMEA after its acquisition by PwC. Prior to this she spent almost a decade at the UK MOD, she successfully managed roles such as Programme Manager for a £2.3Bn PPP and Deputy Director Business Delivery.

Diane holds an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, a BSc (Hons) in Natural Environmental Science and a Diploma in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors. Her academic portfolio also includes a CIM Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing, an MSc in Pollution Control Engineering, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Contaminated Land Remediation and Assessment. Recently, she completed the Leading Sustainable Corporations Programme at Oxford University and is currently pursuing a postgraduate qualification in executive coaching.

Simon Arbuthnot (MBA 2002) Partner, and MD UK, Strategy Engineers (SE)
Simon is a business development, corporate strategy, and sales and marketing professional with ~30 years’ experience of developing and implementing competitive business strategy in automotive, engineering, clean tech, and IT sectors.

A highly effective communicator, strategic thinker, business developer, coach and leader, Simon has deep, multi sector, experience of identifying high value opportunities and delivering profitable growth with the experience of both working in, and with, large corporations and the smallest start ups, giving the flexibility to mould working styles to suit the environment.

Simon is currently the managing director and a partner at Strategy Engineers, a technology-oriented strategy and management consulting with a focus on mobility. Simon previously spent ten years at Ricardo Strategy, a global engineering, environmental and strategic consultancy, operating across a range of market sectors, as a Managing Director of Europe & Asia and associate Director. He has had also senior marketing and strategy roles with Lexus and Ford. Simon completed his Cranfield full time MBA 2001-2002.
