Most of us look for a job only every few years. Lacking experience, It is easy to misunderstand what potential employers are looking for. Too often, good candidates are ruled out due to simple mistakes, misunderstandings or just lack of practice.

In this webinar we will discuss how to avoid the blunders candidates repeatedly make and adopt the behaviours that win employers over.

In particular, we will explore how candidates often focus too much on “selling themselves” and give too little thought to what recruiters and hiring managers actually want from us.

In this webinar we will discuss:

When and how recruiters evaluate candidates
- Why selling yourself is so counterproductive
- When candidates need to respond quickly and when sit back
- How different recruiters read CVs and LinkedIn profiles
- How to close a job interview effectively

We are delighted to be joined on the panel by Gabriella Snoeck (life sciences headhunter) and Nicolas Constantinesco (former McKinsey hiring manger) who will share their experiences of hundreds of interviews and thousands of candidates.
