Topic : “Plural Career dilemma"

Synopsis : Almost at all stages in ones career, there could be differential triggers to engage with multiple professional activities as opposed to a singular 9 to 5 job. Sometimes to do away with early boredom and other times to challenge your professional self, earn more, pursue areas of interest, be semi entrepreneurial, tackle mid-career crisis or to pursue professional endeavours post corporate retirement... Whatever may be your trigger or your stage in professional life cycle, you need to be aware of what it takes to succeed on this path and be agile and skilful to build the right “Career Plurality Mix" that works for you and makes you happy. Remember it's never too late if you have a resolve to catch the next wave. I am happy to share my “Plural Career” journey which left no doubt in my mind to consider going back to any 9 to 5 corporate job again.
