Vincent Galand (MSc Molecular Medicine 2011)

Engineer and scientist by training, passionate about new businesses and innovation, Vincent has 8 years of experience in the tech and healthcare industries.

Vincent worked as a scientific diplomat at the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs, before taking on various roles in strategic partnership and business development in SAFRAN (Aerospace), Ad Scientiam (Digital Biomarkers) and Embleema Inc. (blockchain for real world evidence data).

8 months ago, Vincent launched Digital Pharma Lab, the first independent project accelerator in Europe between PharmaTech startups and health industrials (Big Pharma, Biotech majors, CROs...) in partnership with Bpifrance and EIT Health. At the same time, Vincent is teaching entrepreneurship at ESCP Business School.

Introduction

Discover the first independent PharmaTech accelerator in Europe, driving the digitalisation of the Pharma industry, launched by one of our alumni based in France.

Over the course of one hour, Vincent will share with us an overview of Digital Pharma Lab, where he is the Founding Partner and Associate Director, as well as the business acceleration and mentoring programme for start-ups in the global pharma industry.

The Digital Pharma Lab helps connect main Big Pharma and Biotech firms with top PharmaTech startups, supported by strong European partnerships with EIT Health, EIT Digital and Bpifrance.
