Inclusive Talent Management - The new norm

There has never been a better opportunity for organisations to harness the power of diversity in all its forms.  So, what’s stopping them and how can workplaces become truly inclusive?

Through our own trailblazing research at Cranfield, we have seen for ourselves the gender balance in corporations becoming increasingly inclusive, though the number of women making it to the top remains stubbornly low.

Join us for our seventh annual Cranfield Alumni Conference in October to hear from companies who are embracing diversity and reaping the benefits of a gender-balanced, multi-generational and multi-ethnic workforce.

Our expert industry and academic speakers will unpick the wider issues around inclusivity and explore topics including challenging identity at work, flexible working, unconscious bias and diversity proofing.

For 2018 our Alumni Conference is kindly being hosted by HSBC, Canary Wharf, London.

Further details will be confirmed in due course.
