The Cranfield alumni team is delighted to announce the launch of a new podcast, Leadership on-the-go, giving you the opportunity to learn from the ideas and experiences of fellow alumni.

Our alumni work in a wide range of industries, in many different countries, and they come from a variety of backgrounds. In these podcasts they share their experiences and provide insights that can help you to improve your leadership and management practice. You’ll be able to quickly pick up tips and hints that you can immediately apply in your own working practices.

The first three episodes are now available and feature alumni Mahendra Patel (MSc Industrial Engineering and Administration 1973), Sudi Bolourian (PhD Leadership and Management), and Mark Hagar (DBA).

Hosted by alumni Phil Renshaw and Jenny Robinson, Leadership on-the-go tackles topics such as how to talk to different people and relate to them, leading organisations and ensuring your people are happy, and the importance of listening carefully.

Leadership-on-the-go is ideal for people with busy working lives and the episodes are short enough to enable you to listen to them on your commute or on-the-go. Whatever industry you work in - whether you are already a senior leader or just starting out - this podcast offers something for everyone.

You can listen to or download our podcasts on our website, and if you enjoy the content please feel free to share it on your social media channels. You’ll also be able to subscribe to Leadership-on-the-go on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, Soundcloud and TuneIn + Alexa.

New episodes will premiere at the start of each month, so keep an eye on our Facebook and Twitter social media channels for the next episode. For more information, including subscription links, visit www.cranfield.ac.uk/LeadershipOnTheGo.
