- Catriona Laing CB (MBA 1996) has been appointed British High Commissioner to the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
- Card and board game manufacturer Cartamundi has appointed Stefaan Merckx (MBA 2002) as its new CEO.
- Geoff Pullen (PgCert Leadership and Conflict Studies 2015) has joined State Street as managing director, alternatives sector, EMEA.
- Sending art to the stars with Jon Pettigrew (MBA 1990).
- Manchester accountancy firm Mitchell Charlesworth has made seven promotions, including Cranfield alumnus Jerry Scriven (MBA 2002).

- Squadron Leader Fredrick Oyenusi (MSc Aerospace Vehicle Design 2012) has won the prestigious Nigerian Air Force “Tie of Merit”, a feat that had not been recorded for over 20 years
