Join us for our next Cranfield-Grant Thornton vibrant economy breakfast on Thursday 21 June on the topic of Data-led decision making for business.

We will look at the key characteristics business leaders should consider when thinking about their location strategy, and if place is still important to commercial success as businesses and workforce patterns evolve.

Programme & speakers

Drawing on the Grant Thornton Vibrant Economy Index research, we will discuss the following points:

  • Does education, local amenities and infrastructure play a vital role in your location strategy?
  • Is connectivity to London still a priority?
  • Each place faces unique challenges impacting the workforce. What is the role of businesses and public sector organisations to shape the places in which their employees live and work?
  • Workforce trends are shifting to agile and home working. If where employees live and work is changing, to what extent is the idea of place still important for a business?

Event timings:

8.00am - Registration and breakfast
8.30am - Introduction and presentation
9.15am - Q&A
9:45am - Networking and close
