CRANFIELD SPEAKERS YOU HEAR FROM

Professor Maury Peiperl, Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Director of Cranfield School of Management 

Professor Peiperl has an engineering education from Princeton followed by a stellar career in the business school environment. He was awarded an MBA and, later, a PhD in organisational behaviour from Harvard. During his career at London Business School and IMD, he gained extensive experience in developing and leading innovative executive education offerings with a wide range of clients across industries and regions of the world.

Dr Emma Macdonald, Research Director – Cranfield Customer Management Forum at Cranfield University School of Management 

Emma is Programme Director of the Customer Experience Strategy programme, Module Leader for Strategic Marketing on the Executive MBA, and leads the Integrated Marketing Communications module of the MSc in Strategic Marketing. She is also Research Director of the Cranfield Customer Management Forum, a syndicate of leading companies such as British Gas, BP, HSBC, London Symphony Orchestra, Mercedes Benz, Royal Bank of Scotland and SAS who work together to drive forward best practice in marketing.
